The rise of the MAGA Trump era has witnessed an acceptance of once shunned, closeted, white nationalism. It is not a surprise that there is no shortage of the common antagonistic graffiti attacking minorities and “others”. What was previously shocking or unacceptable is now becoming routine. What is new is the expression of the idolatry of a leader, Trump himself, furthering the cult-of-personality essence- the personification of a willfully blind allegiance. The big lie and divisive conspiracies concurrently have entered the bathroom stall lexicon. These are the honest expressions of a large portion of the American zeitgeist.
